Amy is General Counsel at Systemiq Ltd., a global systems change company, where she leads an international legal team and advises on equity investments, joint ventures, risk and governance strategy.
Prior to joining Systemiq, Amy held senior legal and operational roles at PGNiG Supply & Trading, specialising in LNG energy security and transition, was COO for a tech start up and worked for international law firm Ashurst, where she advised on major energy and infrastructure transactions. She brings to the Board deep legal expertise, boardroom advisory experience, and a passion for guiding organisations through growth, restructuring and innovation phases.
Amy holds an MA (Hons) in Modern History from Pembroke College, Oxford and is a member of the Global Alliance of Impact lawyers.
