Jane has extensive knowledge as a senior Human Resources specialist working internationally across a variety of industries. Jane also owns a rural nature retreat in Tarifa, Spain, where her time is spent studying and practising sustainability, healthy living and rewilding.
Previously, Jane held a Head of HR role within a Gibraltar law firm and fiduciary services company where she developed an external client HR consulting offering in addition to managing the internal HR services.
Having relocated to Spain and Gibraltar, Jane worked in the online gaming sector for 10 years with a number of HR roles with leading providers gaining a broad span of international experience.
Jane developed and progressed her HR career with DaimlerChrysler Financial Services in the UK where she was part of a multi-disciplinary HR team providing a full HR service to 600 employees.
Qualification wise, Jane started her career with a BA (QTS) Education from the University of Brighton before studying for her HR CIPD qualification at De Montfort University; and laterally her CIPD Diploma in Learning and Development.
